Terms and conditions and Cancellation policy

Reservations, payment and deposits

When we accept your booking, the payment of a non-refundable deposit of  20% of the total invoiced amount is required for full confirmation. The balance is to be paid on arrival. 

 Payment Methods 
- Paypal, VISA, Master, Western Union and Bank Transfer
- If paid by Credit Card, Credit Card holder should travel along with Credit Card. Third party Credit cards cannot be used for payment online.

Cancellation
- Deposit received will be retained to set against expenses incurred in the booking of such a tour. 

Hotel Reservations
All hotel bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking (after payment of deposit) and cannot be guaranteed until fully confirmed. In any case, the suggested hotels are fully booked at the time of confirmation, we will book hotels with the same standard. [Star category]

General notes
- Any special requests like meals, wheelchair , special guides etc.. must be notified in writing when the booking is made.
- Optional excursions and additional services could be provided for which we will charge additionally.

Hotel rules and regulations
The official check-in time at all hotels will be 1200hrs.
The official check-out time at all hotels will be 1100hrs.
